Tenshino uses the freshest produce flown in directly from Japan and France to create groundbreaking Japanese cuisine which still respects traditional Japanese methods and its gastronomic culture. The menu features a range of innovative Japanese canapes, starters, raw seafood, mains, sides, and desserts, and is driven by the aspiration to create a uniquely social dining experience for all. Starters include highlights such as a raw section with a daily selection of the freshest sushi and sashimi imported from Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo, as well as Jean-Paul Monsieur oysters from Utah Beach in France. From the mains section, highlights include Iberico pork pluma with poached egg and pickled ginger, Sushi of the day, Wagyu beef suki, Live lobster seasoned with Bordier seaweed butter and much more.
