Growing up in Bangkok, Ms. Kwanchanok Srithawatchara or ”Pan” developed a passion for food and cooking at an early age of 15 years old. After obtaining bachelor degree in Culinary from Suan Dusit University, she pursued her interest in the restaurant business by enrolling professional Thai Chef Courses at The Oriental Professional Thai Chef academy.
Chef Pan then took the opportunity to spread her culinary knowledge and passion in Oriental cuisine and work for Japanese restaurant for almost 5 years. During this year, Chef Pan grew to truly appreciate and understand the philosophy of Japanese cuisine and culture, which left a lasting impact on her culinary point of view.
Upon her arrival in Pullman Bangkok King Power, Chef Pan was hired as cook at Wine Pub, working with executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud. She then served as a Junior Sous Chef at Wine Pub, where she cooked over an open kitchen style and created flavorful menus inspired by both western and oriental ingredient. Here, Chef Pan developed her personal culinary style: innovative food made with pure and simple ingredients with intense flavors.
After 5 and half years here and 13 years of cooking experience, she embrace the leading role as chef de cuisine of Tenshino from its opening in June 2018 until now, Chef Pan served up her innovative French – Japanese menu accented by her trademark bold, pure flavors.
Born and raised in Bangkok, Nancy graduated from Vatel, the leading international hospitality management school in France then she began her journey in Singapore where she had explored the fine dining service management with several renowned Michelin Stars restaurants such as L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and JAAN. After 10 years of extensive working experience, she decided to move back to her hometown, Bangkok to bring her knowledge and skills for managing Tenshino with the goal to ensure that all guests here have an unparalleled dinning experience.
